All RC Lab products come with our comprehensive 6-month warranty, ensuring your equipment performs to our high standards.

Note: Physical damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Electronic malfunctions
  • Signal processing issues
  • Power delivery problems

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper voltage

Warranty Process

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Receive a return authorization
  3. Ship the product back to us
  4. Technical evaluation (within 5 business days)
  5. Repair or replacement

Extended Protection

For additional peace of mind, we offer extended warranty options:

  • 12-month extension: +20% of product price
  • 24-month extension: +35% of product price
